At Heritage Kits, we aim to deliver your retro soccer jerseys quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

UK-Only Shipping

• We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
• All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.

Delivery Times

• Processing & Handling: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 business days.

Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• Refuse delivery if possible and notify us immediately.
• If already delivered, email us with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
